Ronnie Fieg continues to mine New Balance’s rich archives, this time reviving the often-overlooked ABZORB 2010 silhouette through a modern lens. The collaborative project marks a new chapter in Fieg’s longstanding partnership with the Boston-based brand, blending performance roots with lifestyle sensibilities.
Originally designed with innovation in mind, the ABZORB 2010 returns with a full rebuild, spotlighting premium materials and nuanced craftsmanship. The upper features a refined mix of pig suede and synthetic nubuck overlays, paired with breathable mesh underlays for comfort and texture. Signature Kith touches—like custom tongue tags, Fieg’s personal branding on the insoles, and a debossed Kith monogram on both lateral and medial “N” logos—tie the story together.
The duo offers two distinct colorways: one channels a more subdued palette with deep purple, burgundy, and soft blue tones, while the other leans into high contrast with black, yellow, and violet hues. Both pairs are finished with tonal outsoles, highlighted by purple or silver pod accents—a subtle nod to the shoe’s technical origins.
This release coincides with the grand reopening of Kith Manhattan on May 16, 2025 where the Ronnie Fieg x Kith x New Balance ABZORB 2010 collection will be available exclusively in-store. Drawings for the release will also open via the Kith App on the same day. A global release will be on May 19, 2025 across all Kith shops and online platforms including Kith.com, CA.Kith.com, EU.Kith.com, and the Kith App at a retail of $160.
